Our production of aluminum and PVC windows is carried out on modern German equipment from the Shturtz and Elumatec companies, which guarantees high quality and precision of manufactured products.
High productivity
Our production of metal-plastic windows has high productivity. We are able to produce up to 400 window designs in one shift, including complex non-standard designs. Thanks to this, we can meet the large demand for PVC windows in the shortest possible time, while maintaining product quality standards.
Automation
The use of modern automated equipment and software from the Adulo company at our Rehau metal-plastic window factory allows us to guarantee a fast and efficient production process with a minimum number of errors.

Our company offers a large selection of not only standard, but also non-standard window designs, as well as aluminum products that can be made in various shapes, designs and colors.

OUR WORKS
The company «Arka» is the official partner of the German manufacturer Rehau in Ukraine, so we use the profile of this brand to manufacture our products.
Our production of aluminum window structures allows us to manufacture the following types of profiles:
- warm or heat-breaking profiles. Such structures have special heat-insulating inserts or gaps that help reduce heat loss through the windows, thereby increasing the energy efficiency of the room.
- standard profiles used in many window systems. They can be used in different types of windows, including single or double casement windows, balcony doors and others.
- multi-chamber profiles that have more chambers (cavities) inside, which helps to improve heat and sound insulation of windows.
- modular profiles that allow you to create complex architectural structures, including large facades and doors. Modular profiles can be adapted for different sizes of window openings.
- aluminum profiles with powder coating, which allows you to choose the desired color depending on the general design of the house and interior.
