An aluminum balcony with a cold version of glazing is designed only for protection from wind, snow, dust and rain, and not for heat preservation, so the temperature in the room can be only a couple of degrees higher.
The amount of advance payment is from 50% before the start of the project. There is also an additional payment for structures after they are ready before removal and payment for installation after its completion.
